Job Description

 Monitor the Backup, Off-site, Recover Task and Appliance Critical Services failure Events
Troubleshoot and fix the reported failure event and Escalate as and when needed
Provide Tier-1 support to partner on requested queries and task through Incident (reactive support)
Chat Support (NOC IM for Incident Management) and Partner calling based on system classification & partner's business requirements
