Job Description

Roles and responsibilities 

Looking for strong IT Recruiter from a reputed organization with knowledge of System Integration and exposure of working at the Client end (MUST).

The technical recruiter should be able to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT / Non-IT positions.

Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
Create detailed job descriptions
Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
Format resumes meeting client expectations
Research new technologies
Follow up with candidates
Doing first level interview with candidates and further getting them interviewed by customer
Should understand IT domains - Networks, Security, Voice etc.
Onboarding, deboarding of candidates from AT&T and Customer systems

Require Skill
Ability to build strong relationships
Ability to learn technical information
Self-confidence and self-starter
Hands on with Office automation tools (MS Office etc.)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Graduation with Technical domain would be preferred
Relevant Experience of 3 + years
