Network Integration team member that analyzes and defines client business problems and adopts and implements AT&T and third-party services including new technologies to solve those problems. Provides a technical business solution that may contain a mix of hardware, software, network, and service components to be integrated with other legacy systems. Participates as a member of the sales engagement team in pursuit of business opportunities.
Provide sales support by working with the Distributors to generate quotes as per client request.
Prepare the cost working sheet for cpe resale deals and the client quotes as per the client formats.
Work internally on AT&T processes for Sales support to EMs.
Creation of Bill of Materials for generic LAN, WAN deals on the Cisco configuration tool.
Creation of RFP responses and other technical writing responses
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams for getting new knowledge updates, reference architecture, support methodologies, training etc.
Resource will be responsible for providing technical, sales support and program management support to all NI customer projects.
More than 80% of work involves working on AT&T backend tools, taking quotes from various vendors and generating commercial proposals for NI customers.
Basic knowledge and Experience in network hardware and software configurations that include enterprise class switches, routers, load balancers, DNS, firewalls, DMZ, VPN, IDS, IPS, network monitoring tools, & network debugging tools.
Experience: At least 3 years of managing implementation of multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in telecom field desired. Experience in hands on implementation desired. Experience working with vendors and customers is required; contracting experience desirable.

2. Strong technical knowledge of OEM products and their use in complex solutions.
3. Exposure to AT&T processes, and tools or similar exposure.
Note that this is a partial customer facing role and prior experience working on similar role / SALES SUPPORT role is a must.
Prior experience working with the oem distributor and having product knowledge of oems like Cisco, Juniper, Avaya, Riverbed, Palo Alto, F5, etc. is a plus and certifications on these technologies is preferred.
Working in shifts is not required, but candidates should be flexible to work during odd hours to support customer needs

Qualification & Certifications Required:
1. Bachelors in computer science, related field or equivalent experience.
2. 3+ years of experience with networking equipment. Broad technical knowledge of network equipment and switching protocols, Wireless, Voice and Video solutions.
3. CCNA / CCDA/ Avaya / Juniper Certifications preferred
