Job Description

1. Handling real-time tickets of clients and handling them even through calls (Customer
2. Handling network issue like DMS connectivity, Servers etc
3. Taking the system of client remotely through Cisco Webex and configuring DMS in Internet
4. Learnt to configure networking devices like Router, Modem etc
5. During the years I have gathered knowledge about Network development, operations
and maintenance; Routers, Switches, Firewalls and Load Balancers.
6. Maintain and upgrade current networks connectivity upon request.
7. Network management and planning.
8. Setup the network support for all the applications.

Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 1,75,000 P.A.
