Experience in implementing checkpoint/force point firewall rules and supporting day to day service request and incidents.
Troubleshooting issues related to network and security devices like Force point Firewall
Taking ownership and managing support tickets and providing regular updates to end request and closing tickets with in agreed timelines
Configuration of Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches, Checkpoint and Cisco ASA firewalls in response to Service requests
Configuring and implementing rules,VR Landing , Copying rules, policies, NAT and routing on Force Point firewalls
Experience in Upgradation and migration on Checkpoint and Forcepoint Firewalls
Experience in Network and Security designing, implementation and troubleshooting in Data Center and campus architecture.
Analyzing firewall rules to find and clean up hidden, shadowed or overly permissive configurations
Evaluating network traffic and validating regulatory compliance
Automating policy changes for fast implementation
Maintain High Availability and Clustered firewall environments for customers using Check Point High Availability
Routing the incidents to appropriate team
Insure that notification is sent to all Stakeholders for required changes/upgrades
Represent the changes at the weekly change review meetings and update network diagrams and all other applicable documents
Maintaining ITIL process (Incident /Request /Problem /Change/Access Management) in IT Service Management tool through Service Now.
Experience on troubleshooting tools like TCP Dump and Wireshark
